The Globe Inn Lowertown Sampford Peverell
Please call 01884 821214 or visit The Globe Inn. The canal provides 11 miles of safe cycling for all the family with a number of 'eating opportunities' along the way. For the nature lover there is lots to see - all the usual ducks, swans and coots and if you are very lucky you may catch a glimpse of a kingfisher. There is a great Information Centre showing the history of the canal at the Canal Basin in Tiverton. We will be able to give you a booklet giving lots of interesting information on what to look for. We do ask all cyclists to follow the Canal Code for Cyclists. Be aware of other users of the canal, use your bell to let anyone know that you are coming up behind and please remember to always dismount when going under bridges.
